I just had this happen yesterday. I’ve had the shot post surgery back this past December. It was the 7.25 mg. All was good and felt nothing bad until January on my second shot. I’m on the 3.25 mg dose now for 4 more months. The hot flashes are killer and more than that, the intense mood swings. I had to be placed on Xanax for now it was so bad. But yesterday, I had small traces of pink discharge no big deal. Then later on, I had a large blood-like string come out. Sorry for the gruesome details. Was wondering if that was a discharge of a fibroid. Not looking forward to the next shot. I went to the ER twice for chest pain since all this has happened. I’m just hoping it’s not messing with my heart and my back. So far I’m ok and ER they did not see any blood clots. Now I feel ok, but having heavy cramps and aches throughout my legs as if I’m trying to start my cycle.

I just had this exact thing happen about 3 weeks after my first shot. Haven’t had the chance to talk to my doctor yet.

I did the same thing after my first shot. My ob said it was normal and that the shot would cause that to happen.
