I have horrible back pain with endo. It especially gets worse right before and nothing makes it better. My back is in constant spasms the whole time.

Back pain is definitely one of endo's symptoms

I have lower back pain with sciatica on my left side. I believe that the endo causes pain to become worse especially during PMS and period times. Just another fun part of endo....yuck!

Basically all my pain is experienced in my back. Its horrid. I have been told its due to endo being in your pelvic cavity.

Yep... back pain 24/7... feels like period cramps and as if the muscles are making a fist on the right lower back.. above my butt.... hurts down right thigh sometimes. I had a lap last week and had my right ovary removed... left tube... a lottt of endo removed... and they had to remove my appendix because it was going to burst. The 1 hour surgery took 3 dam hours. 1 week later and i just feel worse... in back too. Im hoping thats a good sign of healing. Its very depressing... i could deal with pelvic cramps... not back cramps... non stop pain for past year. Hard to stay hopefull....
