Has anyone had any relief from a specific diet? I have read that cutting out specific foods might help, sticking to a certain diet, etc. What has helped you all
I feel horrible when I eat things high in sodium because it makes the endo belly worse of course so I know to try and stay away from things like that- but what else
Specifics are welcome because telling me to just cut out all sugar, high protein, low protein, blah blah blah is not helpful to me. Links are also incredibly helpful!

I am on day 4 of an anti inflammatory diet. I've cut out all gluten dairy soy red meats and processed foods. Since Its still such a new thing for me I'm still not sure if it's working or if the last couple days have just been mild/moderate pain days. But I'm definitely going to keep it going
I'm starting a diet and working out this week. I'm still looking into different things. But I have heard the same thing as you.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I can seriously relate to your comment haha. I have been questioning diet because I'm so bloated all the time and I feel like I am gaining weight but I don't know if that is the case or if it is just the bloating...
Also if something like diet can help I figured I would try but you are right- I am already limited by pain so diet would be extra punishment!
Diet smiet sticking to a diet only made me miserable and I felt even more excluded from life I already felt restricted from things by the pain no I did not want to put myself through anything that made my condition feel like a punishment if you understand what I mean
i was trying vegan but became anemic. so now i am just trying to eat little sugar, wheat, small amounts of un processed meat.
