Soy free. The phytoestrogens it produces sends your endometriosis spiralling because estrogen stimulates it. Soy sadly is in like everything but you can easily make your own salad dressings and just avoid frozen meals and anything with a strong concentrate (soy milk, etc)

Thanks for your info. Let me know how the dietician goes. I have finally been referred to one!! I'm eating everything but meat at the moment and hasn't made much difference, it's so random!!!

I have found the endo-diet really helpful. There are different versions of it out there and I'm going to be requesting a dietitian at my next drs appointment but the basic structure I've been following is: no gluten, dairy, eggs, red meat, refined sugar, soya, alcohol or caffeine. For me, any of these things seem to cause pain or loose bowels, but some people find only one of them will be a trigger for them. It's about experimenting and working out what works for you. Good luck! x

Thanks for your replies. I have tried dairy, wheat and meat. I can't quite pin point what works and what doesn't. Recently I have eaten more sugar than normal and I don't think that helps. I feel dairy is ok? My issue is not pelvic pain since my surgery but bloating, constipation etc. I think there may still be endo in that area.
