Yes take Tiiiiny amounts especially if your petite- it can be a bit scary with the chest pain but you need to drink TONNES of water and it should pass- you need to drink loads with maca anyway, but try lower your dosage and see if it helps. It is great to have because it increases energy and sex drive (I don't know if you suffer with low sex drive, I do and it helped me get past the pain of sex) let me know how you get on! Also I've just been given a tonne of tips from a herbal specialist who managed to get herself well with endo and MS... Flaxseed oil, hemp oil, vitamin B "100l" extra high potency, msm and seagreens iodine tablets, she worked it out scientifically to bring the right ratios of everything into her body and literally managed to get out of a wheel chair and nearly pain free. I'm going to be trying it in the next couple of weeks, but if it's something you are interested in let me know and I will give you brands and more info! Xxxxx

I've tried maca in my smoothie- increased energy, not sure if it helped my pain, but I had to stop as it made me feel wizzy and gave me heart palpitations. I have teeeny bits of it every so often as you are meant to take it at random times for full effect. I also use chia seeds evvvvvery day in my smoothie I find they lift my mood and they are packed with nutrients I often feel I lack due to not eating enough! Xxx
