I often find that when I'm standing for a long period of time I get very light headed, nauseous, & increased lower back & lower abdominal pain. Am I the only one ? What can I do to help ?

I always find I feel the same. It's hard especially if you are out or at work, but if you are at home or can get some place to lie down, elevate your legs and pop a heat pack under your lower back. If you can, sleep and rest makes all the difference, your body needs all the energy to deal with everything that is going on. It's not a permanent fix but sure helps just that little bit. x

Yep I get all of those. Definitely have a chat to your doctor. For me it turned out to be very low iron due to internal bleeding from endo. Had to receive an iron infusion in hospital which thankfully has seemed to ease these symptoms a little :)

I don't get the light headedness, but I do get pain in pelvis and lower back. And the outside of my hips quite a lot too. I think it's common. Mention it to your doc. x
