Hi Ladies,

Does does anyone feel full after a few bites of food? That you can feel you starving but you have a pain in your side, that you just cant eat more than 3 bites? I have been struggling lately . Is there maybe something which helps and doesn't make you feel so sick? My specialist said it is normal with Endo, but I'm not sure how to overcome it, as I have low sugar and blood pressure and not properly is killing me slowly. I had similar digestive issues and my surgeon removed endometriosis from my stomach which was apparently "bleeding into the organ". There was immediate relief after the surgery! Good luck!

I snack multiple times throughout the day. Always food on hand as I'm type 2 diabetic. Try making yourself eat a few extra bites before you stop.

I am stay in South Africa - Johannesburg to be exact - From what I've been reading Dr Van Der Wat at ParkLane (he started the endometriosis institute of Southern Africa) is very good!
