When To Go Back To My OBGYN?

I am new to this and have been going to doctors with pain since January this year. I finally was referred and went to my OBGYN in July. She diagnosed me with Endo and said to take constant contraceptive pills for 6 months to try to manage the pain. So far I'm only 7 weeks into the 6 months and I'm struggling with the pain more and more each day.
