After several surgeries and infections my immune system is so low and takes so long to react to any antibiotics.
Do any of you ladies take anything to boost your immune system or know anything that's worth giving a try?x

My doctor recommended something called metatonic. You can find it in all supermarkets in the medicine Isle. I used it after getting diagnosed and after surgery I found it really helped boost my immune system. I hope it will work for you xx

Hi I try to eat loads of fruit and veg and I take a Feroglobin Fizz every day. It's a gentle iron supplement with Vitamins C, B6 and B12 which I find helpful. Also at the minute they are on 3 for 2 in Boots xx
