Does For Anyone Have Any Tips For Pain?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have taken two muscle relaxers and two percogesic's (which is basically midol with a antihistamine) in a matter of four hours and it's not helping. I am now curled into a ball with my heating pad and it doesn't seem to be helping either, I am in tears because it hurts so bad. If anyone has any advice that would be so helpful.

The endo diet does work wonders and what I have found that maybe some of you can do is do the 21 sugar detox diet. Yes it is for 21 days and you can get the books online to follow. It changed my whole life and it defiantly helped!

Hi, have you tried the endo diet? This helped reduce my pain loads but isn't an instant reliever, takes about a week to two. Anti-inflammatory pain killers should help as well, I take naproxen which helps a bit. Hope you are feeling better soon xx
