Just recently been diagnosed with endometriosis. I have 2 large systs my consultant says they are the biggest hes seen for years and that they have been there for 5 years plus. Im booked in for a laprotomy just wondered if anyone has had this done and how is the pain after surgery?
I am just recovering from my laparotomy my cyst was 15cm, it's taken me 8 weeks so far! I was in a lot of pain for 3 weeks and had to move in with my parents to help me do simple tasks! I'm just back doing a phased return to work! So far I have had no endo pain but I am due to start clomid so expecting the pain to return quickly!
Oh thankyou for replying back to me. Cant wait to have opp just not looking foward to the pain afterwards. If you dont mind me asking but how was you cut open? Xx
