I eat healthy (for the most part) and I stay active by hiking and working out. Help!!
braggs apple cider vinegar! I was really skeptical when I first heard of this. but I was desperate to find relief for my "endo belly" 2 tbs of vinegar in water reduces it significantly. Endo has also been linked to gut problems! maybe a good probiotic?
Limiting salt and estrogen mimics such as soy, red clover and foods containing hormones or antibiotics helps. An organic, gluten free, no cows milk dairy, limiting refined sugars and processed foods helps a lot. This diet is anti-inflammatory.
Avoid soy products.
I agree diet is important. My pelvic PT advises me on my diet: Gluten free, organic, meat only that is antibiotic and hormone free (organic). No cows milk dairy. I can use European sources of dairy and foods if untainted (sheeps milk and feta cheese and Italian fresh pasta).
I've been on a vegan and gluten free diet and it has reduced my bloating and bowel issues by 90 percent.
