Sleep Deprived Due To Endo Pain🤘🏻
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have any advice or solutions that can help me sleep during severe Endo pain? I've asked my doctor but he said I have to wait till surgery which won't be for another month or two. Much appreciated guys!

I have good sleep with naproxen also or diazepam 1/2mg or panadeine (paracetomol with codeine)

I do naproxen. Plus I have a diffuser with lavender that helps me sleep. Melotone is a all nutral pill you can buy at a health food store to help you sleep too. Heating pad or nice warm bath before bed help me too. I hope this helps you.

I live on sleeping pills (try unisom) and ibuprofen, ibuprofen is one of the only OTC meds that works directly on the uterus. If it gets more severe and I can't sleep I try tramadol.

Ask for sleeping medication there is so much out there. Pcp is a great place to start
