I was also diagnosed 3 years ago after trying to conceive for approximately 3 years before that. In 6 years I have had two miscarriages, tried IUI and IVF twice and had a laparoscopy before my first IUI which was successful but resulted in a miscarriage.
I wish I never had the laparoscopy as I feel my endo pain is worse since the procedure. I must also add that doing IVF also worsened my endo symptoms so I'm very reluctant to do any kind of chemical procedure again. I'm leaning more towards natural solutions now with pelvic physio, yoga, diet etc. has anyone else had a similar experience or approach?

I only got diagnosed because we were trying to conceive. We started ivf yesterday, my advice is get on the waiting list as fast as you can the process is very, very slow and drawn out we've had to pay $17k for our first lot because we never got put on the waiting list while they were tackling my endo so for 4 years we tried then to be told it would be another 18 months to get public support. I also have a very low egg reserve (something they "think" maybe down to the endo) so they need me to start immediately sending you lots of love and hope xxx

Hi Amanda, yes! I was in denial for ages but after being properly diagnosed with Endo I gave myself 3 months of TTC naturally (because one of my tubes appeared to be clear at laparoscopy) and then when straight to IVF.
