The only thing I've heard mostly positive results about is excision surgery. From what I understand ablation can create scar tissues that get in the surgeon's way if you do end up needing an excision surgery.

O dear sounds awful. That's a no no for me then as bcp send me in crazy moods. I have a mood now and again without being on anything but not constant daily moods like on hormone treatment. What treatment is there other than no meds and constant laparoscopies ? Would a endometrial ablation work or is my only option a hysterectomy ?

I did Lipron for 8 months? I know Longer than your supposed to. And it made me want to check into a mental hospital. It tools months for it to leave my system and I even did add back therapy. I don't think it's good even though many women are on it. If you have mood problems or depression I wouldn't recommend it.
