Most Comfortable Pants?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question šŸ’
Naples, FL

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for comfortable, loose fitting pants? I have been experiencing constant pain and pressure in my pelvic area and stomach. I have also been bloated and have been gaining weight pretty quickly even though I am barely eating from the nausea. All of my pants put too much pressure on my pelvis/stomach so I am looking for something a little more comfortable. My yoga pants are even starting to cause pain =\

Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions!

drawstring sweats or yoga pants. that way you can pull them up above your hip bones and tie it to hold it there (not tight), then it alleviates pain on pelvic region

Maybe some looser fitting drawstring pants? I always get stuff like that at Target, though, so I don't have a particular brand to recommend. I wear Old Navy leggings and I don't find them too constricting in the midsection-- those with long tops are my go-tos for class. I mainly do skirts and dresses for work and occasions where it's not ok to look 12 ☺ Also, I think I remember someone on here getting maternity jeans or pants to wear during painful days and they loved them.

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I don't know if its directly caused by endo but it might result from laying around more/not being active because of the pain. I'm not sure though because I have gained about 40 pounds in less than a year and i didn't start decreasing my workouts until about a month ago when the pain started becoming unbearable. I have also started eating better when I eat (if im not skipping meals because of nausea) so idk what is causing the weight gain in my case.

I have gained quite a bit of weight also. Is that common with endo?
