I'm at the point where I'm going to have to explain my Endo to my new employer, of two months, and he's a male. I honestly hate talking to my husband about it let alone my boss but tonight I'm having extreme pain and I have to work early tomorrow and I'm realizing I cannot avoid this forever.
I have no idea what to say or how to explain my condition. Can anyone give me advise? I'm semi worried as I've only been there a short time and still on probation.
