I know how you feel.... I've had steroid shots in the sacroiliac joints, both knees.. Nothings works!!! Waste of money.

Have you and your doctor discussed physical therapy? I had PT twice over 14 months for 2 different injuries, and I think they see and approach things differently than doctors in a good way. Could be worth looking into. Hope you find some relief soon 💛
