Members shared their experiences with dietary changes to manage endometriosis symptoms, with the most common recommendations being to eliminate or reduce dairy, gluten, soy, red meat, alcohol, and caffeine, as many found these adjustments helped reduce inflammation, pain, and digestive issues. Several members mentioned following anti-inflammatory diets, with some trying specific programs like Whole30 or working with doctors who provided personalized food lists, while others experimented with going vegetarian, cutting out carbonated drinks, or taking digestive enzymes and probiotics like VSL3 to support gut health. A recurring theme was the willingness to try anything to find relief, the acknowledgment that results vary from person to person, and the understanding that dietary changes often require patience and experimentation to discover what works best for individual bodies.

I've been doing a lot of research, and everywhere I go, they say NO DAIRY, I just started reading Whole New You, and same thing, no dairy, it's good because it includes alternative recipes. Also you don't have to cut it out forever but at this point I'm sure most of us are willing to do anything.

Gluten, and diary free are the first main two ones for endo, plus no soy products as they are full of photo oestrogen's which fuels endo. Also helpful is following an anti-inflammatory diet, e.g. low to no red meat, reduce alcohol, sugar. I'm also yeast free, nightshade free, and can't tolerate beans, legumes, onions and garlic. I've even had to stop eating chicken recently as my gut couldn't digest it. I also recommend digestive enzymes and a good probiotic.

I have. My doctor gave me an anti-inflammatory food list, and when I follow it, my pain is much better.

I am trying to get to the stage of vegan but i am not there yet. Trying to figure out what you actually eat once you become vegan. Lol.
