Discharge After Hysterctomy- Is It Because They Didnt Remove My Cervix?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone, I had my hysterectomy in June. Since then I have watery discharge and milk coloured discharge almost every day, its not an infection just what happens after having your uterus removed. I'm having to wear pads as its very uncomfortable. My question is- do women who have had their cervix removed also have this problem? I'm having a further op to fix my bowel and wondering if I should also get my cervix removed. Thanks :)

Yes! Absolutely! I think it may be apart of the healing process, not positive, mine has slowed waayyy down. Sometimes i don't have it at all. & i had everything removed. :) hope yours stops too.
