First Time Clomid Use

Has anyone had any luck with clomid? I start my first 50 mg dose on Friday. I've read mixed reviews about how it affects endo and was hoping to hear positive things about it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I was like that for years hun but it got to the point the pain tiredness weakness etc was 24 7
