Hi sweet i use adhesive heat pads which I pick up from various shops one brand is curaheat. I'm from near Manchester in UK so not sure if you be able to get these from a shop near you. Can get them of eBay. Just put in self adhesive heat pads. I used to use them at work most days before my op but especially during a flare up or my monthly. I do 12 hour shifts and even thou say 8 hours last all day .

I use the robax heat wraps and use it in the front instead- sometimes I have one on for my back as well cause my back feels like its breaking. I found that hot water bottles and heat pads hurt me from the weight when I'm bloated.

I believe in rice bags an cornie bags. I found all mine at arts an craft fairs, just need access to a microwave.
