I took Lupron from July of 16' to March of this year (8 months of 3 month injections) and while I was on Lupron I had horrible hip/joint pain and even though I've been off of it for quite some time my hips and lower back still bother me almost constantly.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Will it eventually go away?
I know this question is from 20 days ago, but I guess my input could be better late than never!
I was on Lupron from November 2015-May 2016, so 6 months total. I also had terrible joint pain, particularly in my hips as well. A year and a half later and I still have that same hip pain, but it does sort of fluctuate in terms of how bad the pain is. Some months I won't be hurting much at all and others it's like I'm dying the pain is so bad, and I haven't noticed any patterns or anything. I just use my heating pad right where it hurts and take anti inflammatory and hope for the best during those bad days!
Received first lupron-depot injection in April/18 and my last was September/18. My right hip HURTS and lower back. I loved the injections as they helped, but this pain in something else. Also my blood lab work has been pretty stinky as well.
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member It has been over a year for me as well and while I can say I have noticed an improvement, I still have times where my hips really bother me.
It can be really random or after long days.
I was on it for less than a month over a year ago and I'm experiencing extreme hip pain that comes and goes. Has yours gone away yet?

Honestly I haven't found anything to help with the hip pain, and I've been off of Lupron almost a year now. It isn't AS bad as it was when I was on it. It was absolutely the worst when I was taking it.
Heat does help- I hope you find relief soon.
