Infertility Caused My Mild Endometriosis?

Hi everyone
I've been trying to conceive for 8 years with only one positive pregnancy test (I miscarried at 5 weeks.) I just had a diagnostic laparoscopy and I have stage II (mild) endometriosis which is only located on the ligaments supporting my uterus. My ovaries are clear, but one tube is blocked. I would recommend exciscion. Some people do conceive after laproscopic surgery. Ask you fertility dr to test your ovarian reserve as well as egg quality. They should also test hormonr levels during dif times in your cycle.

I was never actually told what stage I have however, after my third laparoscopic surgery I conceived. I lost the babies at 16 weeks. I have endo on my peritoneum. All 3 surgeries were cauterized and yes, the endo had grown back every time within a year and a half.
