I get a tingling and numb feeling that shoots down either legs and sometimes both legs whenni have a flare up. I have surgery schedule for December but the dr thinks it's from adhesions and nerve damage.

I had an exploratory lap and my mid belly just bellow my belly button was numb and tingly for weeks. Wearing pants was awful. But by 6 weeks it went away on its own, guess they nicked a nerve while they were in there that just needed time to heal?

I honestly just use a heating pad and take Tylenol. My dr just put me on tramadol so that helps a lot!
