Chronic Fatigue
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have just been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and wondering if anyone also has this diagnosis? I have severe endo that was diagnosed quite late so has done a lot of damage to my bowel, bladder and urinary track. I'm also being referred to immunologist. I would love some experiences of getting Chronic Fatigue.

I'm tired but I am much older than you but I think endo takes a lot out of a person & especially you girls with periods. Ask your GP maybe for a vitamin. My dr is against them so I stopped but if you get a blood test, that will tell you where your levels are. My sister was terribly tired & a blood test revveiled that her sodium levels were either high or low I can't remember which but have your dr. order labs & then you should find out something. Best of luck to you. hugs tigreyes

I personally didn’t. Saying that I probably wasn’t strict enough. With having depression I just didn’t care as such so I suppose diet and vitamins didn’t seem a priority to me x

I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (M.E) at the age of 16 due to body trauma. It literally took my teenage years from me as I was so fatigued and really depressed. I am now 22 and don’t have it anywhere near as bad as what I used to but I do still have to be careful as I can relapse. I am now suffering with endo and this definitely doesn’t help. I never really found anything that made me better I just did my best to get up in the morning, do regular excersie and make every effort to go out when I could. Try and stay positive even though it’s extremely hard. X

Before starting my holistic journey my chronic fatigue was off the charts I was really depressed had heightened anxiety and panic attacks and on top of all that the discomfort that comes with endometriosis and endosalpingiosis working with a naturopath I changed things within my diet to see if my body responded in a positive way and within a month I noticed a huge result so I've continued with this diet which is been hard with any habit change isn't easy or overnight but I wanted to heal myself from the inside out without any drugs synthetic or things that are toxic and have chemicals and perfumes etc I work with essential oils that are CPTG 100 percent pure and the supplements also I've noticed a huge change and shift from being bedridden severely depressed unable to do day today things brain fog no concentration and the pain and discomfort now I am back at work little by little I see so many Improvements

Thanks ladies. I'm glad to hear India that its got better. I'm hoping that its just a point in time where my immune system is very low and then as I get to know myself with my diagnosis that I will be able to organise myself around it. Right now I'm still crashing as I'm trying to do just as much as I did before, then my body hits me with shingles as I have no immune system protection. Did you find diet or supplements very helpful? I'm on a high dose of vitamin D.
