period after a lap

Hello,
I had a lap done three months ago, and I know they say the first period after can be horrible, but I'm on my third period and it's still worse than ever!! Has anyone had this? Did your periods ever get better?

Ive had two, and they have been really bad. I don't know if it will level off or not
