Sleepless Nights
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else have problems sleeping. I’m lucky if I get 2 hrs sleep a night. Sometimes due to pain, other times I just can’t sleep. I so restless.

Hi,
I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I also have trouble sleeping; similarly restless and for some reason have terrible leg pain during the night (similar to "growing pains" I had in childhood). What I find helpful is laying down with a heating pad and hot tea in the dark for a while. Also, if you wake up in the middle of the night, placing a warm towel on your face might help; this helps me relax enough to fall back to sleep (works at least 40% of the time). I hope this helps.

Oh yes I do, have you tried taking melatonin or seeing your doctor for a sedative, I was on the sedative but my body got too used to it, I have better results with melatonin which I got from Costco.
