I've had a complete hysterectomy. Nothing left, except endo apparently. Since August, the pain has returned, getting horrible for several days a month and then easing up to a constant dull ache the rest of the month. Last month, I started spotting along with the pain. I've changed my diet, cutting all sodas, processed foods, most dairy and bread. I've been drinking thyme tea, doing oil packs, using natural and homemade products. I'm not on HRT.
