Im grateful im not alone! Its supposed to be minimal stage 1 but every few months i end up in the ER with out of this world pains. Usually i am able to control it and feel it coming take something before it is out of control. I find esting foods with soy like edaname and alcohol cause fkare ups for me at least

Im not sure what stage i have? My doc never really says. I think my endo progresses really fast as it has only been 4 months since my second pregnancy. I have not tried acupuncture but i have heard it helps tons! Pain meds are gettinf harder and harder to get from docs, especially for ERs, due to opiod epidemic. I really dont have to take pain meds very often thank god, maybe twice a month. But i can says after my first surgery which was really extwnsive i was on pin meds for six weeks and had really bad withdrawl symptoms trying ro get off of them. So i get why they are making it harder to get them. I have not tried benedryl! I take it to sleep sometimes tho.

Wjat stage do you have?? Im so sorry 😩! I dont lmow if uou jave tried it yet, but acupuncture helps me some its just so expensive. Ive also heard of cupping techniques done by physicsl thearpist. Does your doctor give you trouble with giving yoj pain meds? When i was in the ER Sunday they also gave me benedril i didnt think it would but it definitly jelped take a little of the edge of. I hope yoi feel better!!
