Movement allows faster recovery, even if you walk slow it helps. I had 7 laporoscopic procedures and with all of them recovered quite fast

Don't be nervous! It is the best procedure for the surgery: minimal cuts, scars are barely visible, you recover much faster - in about 2-3 days you will be up and going ☺️
