I have severe endo (stage 4) and going through 2nd round of injections that induce menopause. I do experience all common side effects (hot flashes, night sweats, muscle fatigue, dry skin etc) but they are managable. You have weigh benefits vs side effects, and personally for me, benefits outweights that. Those injections give me peace of mind and a nice break from pain, my body is able to relax a bit and my life has gained a bit of normality. But it is very indubidual, you might feel differently about it
It would be worth discussing hormone therapy addback tablets. I took those for six months along side treatment and they helped a lot, felt a lot worse when they wore off. Not pain, just hot flushes etc, the usual!
it's likely that you will feel the same as you do on the visanne (if not a bit more extreme or exaggerated), as it also essentially puts you into menopause!
