I just got diagnosed with endometriosis. I had the surgery and my doctor removed the endometriosis he could see but so far I'm still experiencing life interrupting periods. Before and after surgery my biggest symptom has always been bleeding. I've had terrible cramps as well but as long as I'm some form of BC my cramps are manageable.
