I find yoga helpful but also too much pelvic opening during it can set the pain off for me. I have also recently changed my diet quite a lot, I’ve gone dairy free, sugar free and almost alcohol free and I have noticed an improvement in pain. Going gluten free can also help but I’m not 100% prepared for that yet. I have also found magnesium to be quite helpful because I get a lot of nerve pain. I have also heard good things about pelvic physiotheraphy which I would like to try too. I also try to exercise regularly but that is also a fine line with too much putting me into pain.
