Acupuncture has helped a lot, I just can't afford to do it regularly. I also focus a lot on diet (or try to haha). Something I want to do is a once monthly mass cooking day. Friends and family agree on three or so freezable recipes that support an endo friendly diet, split up bringing the ingredients, and then everyone pitch in to cook. At the end, it all gets divided out. I've got black bean burgers in mind, tamales, mushroom/zucchini lasagna... Stuff like that.

Primrose oil can cause uterine contractions, so not best to use while trying to conceive. My dr actually had me take primrose at the end of my pregnancy tp try and jump start labor
