It’s day 1 of my period and I am in absolute agony. I have a pain in my left side and left knee which just won’t subside even with medication. I have very heavy bleeding/clots and have felt severely nauseous all day. I look and feel absolutely crap. Been referred to hospital and they have offered to burn off the lining of my womb but that won’t be until another few months. My question is do you think what I am experiencing is endometriosis? If its endo, uterine ablataion probably wont help at all. U need a laproscopic surgery to look and excise the endo

Hi, yes I have pain in my lower left side which also goes to my lower left back/hip and knee area, I was in excruciating pain with it for four days, along with that I’ve had very heavy bleeding/clots and just feel generally wiped out. I will see what they say when I attend my hospital appointment, I’m definitely going to request a laparoscopic investigation now x
