I've tried heat creams, patches and pain relief nothing helps i just can't lay down or sit up straight without wanting to burst into tears :(
I have to wait until may to see my endo specialist.

I'm so sorry this is happening for you! I used to experience pain like that thru the night, and I'm sorry to say I didn't find any sure fire cures. I was so very very lucky to have a baby, which seems to have reduced the intensity greatly. I really hope your specialist has some recommendations. Take care of yourself, it makes the days exhausting.

Yes i used to before my 2nd pregnancy. I wasnt sleeping at all and if i did manage to fall asleep (after pain meds) i would have to do so sitting up. It was awful! I am on depovera shot now after birth of baby and i do not have the pain nightly, but i have god awful flare ups

I struggle with severe lower back pain around the clock, I actually have swollen paraspinal muscles to go with my endometriosis pain (which has always primarily caused lower back cramps for me). Doctors believe this is a result of me just being in intense pain for so many years and losing so much muscle mass in my body. The pain is excruciating on so many levels. Heating pads help but the pain returns when the heat is gone. I’ve found minor success with lidocaine patches or getting a CBD balm massage from my partner before bed. Flexiril helps loads for me but it completely knocks me out, so not ideal for daily use. Keep in mind, I’ve had a laparoscopy as well as a hysterectomy. My pain only ever got better for at MOST a month before returning in full force. Don’t put all of your hopes on a laparoscopy, and especially not a hysterectomy, they’re not successful solutions for everyone. Even though my surgeries didn’t fix my pain, I am, however, extremely grateful I don’t have to worry about 2 week periods accompanied with even worse cramping anymore. I hope you find what works best for you!

Hello there, I suffered from excruciating back pain for a number of years prior to being diagnosed with endometriosis in July 2015. Had a laparoscopy that same month, was put on Visanne, and my back pain immediately and permanently disappeared... so there is hope - just hang in there.
