If so, do you think 1 condition can flare up the other and ideas of causes and/or best ways to manage flare-ups and symptoms?
I have both. And yes I do believe the flare ups overlap/combine.
I just had sex for the third time ever but for the second and third time, I felt a sharp pain shoot from my butt and lower back. I didn’t feel the pain in my lower abdomen though. The pain was worse off when doing the doggy style. Is this normal during the first times you have sex or I actually have endometriosis.

I keep reading blogs about where people have cut wheat, red meat, alcohol and/or gluten out and its made huge differences to their pain/symptoms?
Nooo makes no difference i was on a gluten free diet for two months. Nothing works its just very costly
