I need to know if my adenomyosis is spreading. I just passed one bigger than a golf ball, followed by about 30 quarter to dime sized. Sick. Scary.

Hi all, I had an endoscopy a couple weeks ago to look for endometriosis. I was told I do not have it but that I had a fair amount of free-floating blood in my pelvis (100mls I think) and diagnosed with retrograde menstruation. This makes sense and I did feel much better after the surgery for about a week, at which point all the issues came back. Ok this may seem a stupid question. So my surgeon/endo specialist told me I have endometriosis and he removed as much as he could but along with it I have 'trapped blood' and my blood 'washes back' up into me..he told me this after surgery while I was still drugged so I was like oh yeah endometriosis and blood washing back up cool. In my first 3 months of medication, my period has completely stopped. However, on my 4th month, I got my period and it’s non-stop. The amount of bleeding varies per day from light to moderate flow. I went to see my OB on my 3rd week of bleeding and she prescribed tranexamic acid for 5 days. The bleeding has improved (got lighter) but it still hasn’t stopped and it goes for 5weeks now.

So my gynecologist prescribed me Visanne to treat my approx. 4cm chocolate cyst. She didn't want to make a laporoscopy, because of my young age (24, not that young), saying that acording to latest studies, this is away how to treat endometriomas, without the menstruations, it might dry up and dissapear. I haven't found a proof for such scenario nor here or elswere

Hello does anyone experience blood clots during ovulation? During the week of ovulation and a week before my period are the worst in terms of pain for me. I started getting spotting during ovulation as a new symptom a few months ago. Today i have had blood clots, along with the usual pain. I dont receive treatment for endo currently, is this something i should follow up?

I recently passed a large blood clot with what appeared to be tissue in it. I have been on Lupron for one month. I went to the ER. They did blood work and an ultrasound. Everything checked out fine (definitely not pregnant). It doesn't look like a decidual cast. I just wanted to know if anyone else had passed something like that.
