My OBGYN told me that having endo can lead to a zinc deficiency which can make it harder for your immune system to do what it needs to do. I ended up being deficient and am now on zinc supplements which are helping heaps with my overall health :)

Alicia, chronic fatigue is not connected with a compromised immune system.

I have heard it is autoimmune but please don't quote me on that. Other hormonal related autoimmune disorders such as hypothyroidism I would dare say some times can tag along with endo as hormone levels get wacky.

But it causes chronic fatigue right? Can that lower immune systems?
