If so, do you think 1 condition can flare up the other and ideas of causes and/or best ways to manage flare-ups and symptoms?
I have both. And yes I do believe the flare ups overlap/combine.
I just had sex for the third time ever but for the second and third time, I felt a sharp pain shoot from my butt and lower back. I didn’t feel the pain in my lower abdomen though. The pain was worse off when doing the doggy style. Is this normal during the first times you have sex or I actually have endometriosis.

For me i get hot flashes off and on from my endometriosis.
So my Endo is growing back because I cannot take my birth control. It caused a blood clot in my leg and pulmonary embolisms in my lung. Today is six months from my pe and DVT. Anyone have suggestions for endovrelief?!
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I am a DVT survivor, I got diagnosed with endo recently and I will have to have a lap soon because of a cyst.
I am wondering what your doctors suggested.

I watch what I eat (no sugar, or flour, and I’m counting calories again 🤦🏻♀️), I drink nothing but water; I’m an active person. Is anyone not on any type of hormonal treatment? (Birth control , etc) How is it for you? Doctors seem to scare people and tell them that their endometriosis will grow if they don’t take birth control pills. Is this true? Are you obligated to be on hormones with endo? I know endometriosis isn’t progressive for everyone but I’m also scared that having periods will damage me in the long run. Someone can have mild symptoms of endo and have severe endometriosis while others have lots of pain as well as other symptoms and have mild endometriosis. The only sure way to know the severity is… read more
I only have endo pain when i am not on birth control pills. Also I have never been able to have sex because the pain is too excruciating for me. Im not sure if that will help to answer the question but i tried :p

Not every day,but most of the week i wake up several times during the night/morning soaked in sweat. I mean my hair,clothes everything are soaked and my room is freezing?!?!? Its the most horrible feeling. My doctors don't know what's causing it. I read online it could be hormonal problems. Just hoping maybe someone else experienced it so i can make some sense to my doctor.
I think in your case it’s hormones. For me I have that when I ate sugar the day before weird ha😅
