Hello,

The doctors believe that i have endometriosis with my left ovary x3 the size of my right ovary.

They also saw that i have kissing ovaries (ovaries behind my uterus and touching).

Theyve reccomended that i have surgery to rectify the issues.

They warned me that the surgery may cause me to lose the ovary, but obviously i am hoping i wont have too as im only 23. However i want to have a realistic idea of how the surgery will go.
