Alcohol Making Pain And Bloating Worse?

Just wondering if anyone else has found a link between having a couple of glasses of wine and symptoms being worse?

Alcohol in general doesn't help with inflammation and apparently messes with estrogen levels. Personally not all alcoholic drinks have the same effect on me. I find that ones that contain more sugar have the biggest pain increase while others do nothing. Caffeine on the other hand has immediate pain effects on me. Hope that helps.
