Anyone Have Rectovaginal Endometriosis? And Anyone Had Ovary Haemorrhage?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

What has been done about the haemorrhaging as it shown on a scan from March but I’ve only just received a letter telling me that’s what is wrong?

It sounds like you have quite bad endo, sorry :( . I think the endometriomas can leak or something and stick to the organs nearby. My uterus is also stuck to my right ovary, but have the endometrioma in the left one, been agony. Am only 8 months post op it's crazy. Scary in fact! I hope you're being treated by a specialist center as it's severe, https://www.bsge.org.uk/centre/.
such a shitty thing to have. They told me I would be free of it for at least 5 years as they got it all out xx

Hi yes have had rectovaginal endo. Have haemorrhagic lesions throughout my pelvis and inside one ovary, which is an endometrioma. Not had a consultation yet but think they are scanning it again? I am seeing someone on the 9th august x

I know that my endo is 1.5 inches deep into my rectum, cervix and uterus and then my right ovary is behind my uterus attached by endo and it has the haemorrhage. I am just stressing xx

ah yeah the haemorrhagic legions are 'suspicious of endo' on my report, the endometrioma is only 6mm atm but is inside the same ovary that I had endo removed from back in October :(. I have looked these up and it doesn't look like they get better on their own and can be quite nasty. THey are really reluctant to do more surgery on me so soon so are kinda acting like there's nothing wrong... again..!How large is your endometrioma do you know? They can't just leave you like that surely :( xx

@ katzak, thanks so much for the info. My obgyn told me that I have an endometria, lesions and an endometrial polyp on my left ovary but never explained it thoroughly. He said that left ovary has to go, medially necessary but won't do anything bc of my insurance
