Going Off Of Continuous Birth Control

Hi Everyone,

I have both endo and adenomyosis, the adno is worse than the endo in terms of severity in my case. I've been on continuous birth control since my first surgery 3.5 years ago. I don't take anything.To me the hormones just made it worse.I just take one day at a time.

Bio-identical progesterone has helped me a lot. I couldn't tolerate traditional bc.

Hey how has it been for you so far getting off the pill? Thinking of doing the same thing myself I have endometriosis and Adenomyosis and I feel like the pill is just making my symptoms worse

Maybe ask your OBGYN, Gynocologist if Synarel could be prescribed? It improved my quality of life so much but you can’t stay on it for too long. I hope you’re feeling better today!

I haven’t had a period in over 3 years but was still experiencing pain and a whole host of other symptoms. The impact to my body going off the pill is pretty severe so far but hoping natural methods will be better in the long run. I hope you are in less pain...sending healing vibes
