It definitely could be adenomyosis... but they won’t know for sure until they remove your uterus and send it to the pathology lab, that’s the only way that they can test for it... Hysterectomy is the only known cure for adenomyosis!

I'm in the exact same boat. The adenomyosis pain is killer. Think we need to speed up the baby making so I can get a hysterectomy
