I take gabapentin, advil, etc for the pelvic floor pain, do wand therapy, pelvic squats, etc. But the inner thigh pain is new. I'm not sure how to target that area.

My massage therapist helps with chronic pain patients and has given me releif with pain on the back side of my thighs. I would suggest seeing if there’s a massage therapist near you that is trained with pain management!

Two difficult pelvic floor therapists back in 2015 and 2016. The biggest improvement came in April 2018 surgery (details in My Story), but it's still a daily issue.

Have you tried a consultation with a pelvic floor therapist? They can work on issues with pelvic floor pain.
