Yes, some side effects but NO pain! NO pain! Side effects seemed a little more in beginning but have subsided some now that I am taking supplements. Also taking med to counteract side effects, as I did with Lupron. I can deal with side effects, if debilitating pain is gone.

I have been taking orilissa for the past two weeks (early days). I have not experienced any pain or any obvious side effects. I am concern about the potential bone bone mineral density loss.
