Started eating way less red meat and now I feel way less fatigued and bloated than I used to. And if one day I actually eat higher amount of the meat, the next day I feel so tired and bloated, I can barely leave the bed. Also, less salt for me equals way less bloating

Everyone is different, but I've tried pretty much everything and haven't seen much of a difference - dropped dairy, alcohol, tried different probiotics, work out all the time, don't eat this, do eat that, still get that terrible endo belly. I certainly hope you two see better results with what you decide to try!!
