The only way to know for sure if you have endometriosis is to have a laparoscopic surgery. Just because you don't experience pain, does not necessarily mean you don't have it. Each woman is different. Some could have Stage 1 or 2 and have horrible, severe pain whereas some could have Stage 4 (like me) and have minimal pain. It is not based off how bad or severe the endo is, it is all in how your body handles it.
Endometriosis can not be treated, only managed/controlled to an extent.
Your doctor can get rid of endometriosis fibroids, cysts and adhesions through the same laparoscopic surgery, and you can take BC/hormone supplements to try and help keep it from spreading as quickly. You can also be put on a medication that puts you into a temporary menopause that may slow down/stop the growth of endometriosis for the time being.

Thank you for the advice.... I was so confused when I first went to my GYN doctor and he did an ultrasound he want to me and told me I have or I think I may have endometriosis when he found a cyst on the left ovary he never explain to me what was the cause of the UTIs are used to have but I never always have painful periods or any painful intercourse . So when I talk about with him I ask what kind of cyst is it endometrium .. I’m still trying to finger out how can he say I have endometriosis if he haven’t did a proper diagnostic on me to determine if I have it
